Time to banish the demons of Christmas from your belly! What better way to do this than with Kings Snacks. We have all your protein needs covered without the fat. So, here is how it works. When you get up in the morning eat a pack of Kings Jerky with some grapes. This will give you a protein hit with fast releasing sugar from the grapes so you are ready to attack the day! After 6pm give yourself the Gremlins treatment! So, limit yourself to eating only Biltong after 6pm to dodge taking unwanted carbs to bed with you!
