At Kings Biltong we believe the key to producing top quality Biltong lies in using top quality Beef. It is for this reason tha we only use Charolais and Limousin Cattle. They are larger than other breeds, well muscled and lean. They are known for producing beef that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol. 



Staffield Farms Charolais and Limousin graze on the lush green fields of the Lake District as well as the farms home grown vegetables. This diet helps to ensure that they grow and develop into happy, healthy, lean and tender cattle that produces only the best biltong!
