As a member of this team you will need to be competative and strive for perfection as you will play a key role in producing Britains finest Biltong! You will need to be focused and work well in teams while maintaining the highest of health and safety standards. In order to be part of this team you must have a minimum of a Level 2 Certificate in Food Safety in Hygiene. You must also be a positive and enthusiastic individual that is ambitious and passionate about either Biltong or being the best at something!
